About me

I didn’t start running until after I turned 40. I ran my first marathon after a few months and my first ultramarathon on that same year.

After running multiple ultramarathon distances, including 100 and 200+ mile races, I became fascinated by what the human body can do, and started studying and researching anything endurance, strength and nutrition related specifically for ultrarunning.
